The City of Abilene provides many methods for you to get answers to your questions regarding City services. We recommend you consult the FAQs provided within each department to see if your question is answered there. Next if you know what City Department is involved get in touch with the contact listed or use the Report A Concern module, . If those methods do not provide answers, feel free to contact your City Manager. Our City Commission is always eager to hear from the residents of the City relating to matters of the City.
