To make a City Water Payment the City is now accepting payments online.

The City of Abilene uses the State Payments Services Company to process your credit / debit card. Payments are processed through the State Payments Service Center, and a convenience fee of $3.95 is required to use this service.

Note: It may take up to two business days for your payment to be posted to your account.
